거래처 팝업 열기/닫기Open/close popup
마지막 케이스의 거래처 특이사항을 표시합니다. 다시 누르면 닫힘. 열린 환자가 없으면 "열림 환자 없음" 팝업이 뜹니다(별도 안내창은 뜨지 않습니다).Shows notes for the last case. Press again to close. If no patient is open, a "No open patient" popup appears (no separate notice dialog).
채팅만 열기Chat only
거래처 팝업 없이 화면 우측 하단에 익명 채팅창만 띄웁니다. 채팅만 쓰고 싶을 때 편리하며, 다시 누르면 닫힙니다.Opens just the anonymous chat window at the bottom-right — no clinic popup. Handy when you only want to chat; press again to close.

메모Memo
화면을 캡처해 펜과 텍스트(T 도구)로 주석을 답니다. 배치한 텍스트는 드래그로 옮길 수 있고, 완료를 누르면 클립보드로 복사됩니다. 💾 이미지로 저장으로 PNG 저장도 가능합니다.Capture the screen and annotate with a pen and text (T tool). Placed text can be dragged to reposition; Done copies it to the clipboard, and 💾 Save as Image exports a PNG.

JIG (검증 지그 자동 생성) — Exo 전용JIG (auto verification-jig) — Exo only
JIG 버튼을 누르면 지금 Exo system에서 열려 있는 케이스 폴더를 자동으로 인식해 브라우저 JIG generator가 열립니다(폴더 선택 불필요). 임플란트 verification JIG(상부 + 인접치 윙 + 스크류 홀, 밑면은 구강 스캔으로 음각)를 만들고, 결과 STL을 케이스 폴더에 바로 저장합니다. 모든 처리는 이 PC 안(로컬)에서 이뤄지며 환자 데이터는 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 경로 정보가 없는 케이스(Exo system에서 직접 생성)는 버튼이 비활성화됩니다. 별도 좌표 설정은 필요 없습니다 — JIG 생성기가 Exo system의 좌표계를 자동으로 감지·보정합니다.Click JIG and the app auto-detects the case folder currently open in Exo system, launching the browser JIG generator (no folder picking). It builds an implant verification JIG (superstructure + adjacent-tooth wings + screw holes, undercut engraved from the intraoral scan) and saves the STL straight back into the case folder. Everything runs locally on this PC — patient data never leaves it. Cases with no path info (created directly in Exo system) leave the button disabled. No coordinate setup is needed — the JIG generator auto-detects and corrects Exo system's coordinate frame.

디자인 중 막히는 부분을 검색하는 지식베이스입니다. 제목·본문·해시태그로 실시간 검색하고, Exo / 3S 제품 필터와 인기 태그로 좁힐 수 있습니다. 글에 유튜브 영상이 붙어 있으면 펼쳐서 바로 볼 수 있습니다. 로그인한 사용자만 열람할 수 있고, 위 AI 도우미가 바로 이 내용을 근거로 답합니다. 내용은 운영자가 계속 추가합니다.A knowledge base to search when you get stuck during design. 익명 채팅 (커뮤니티)Anonymous Chat (Community)
팝업 상단 티커의 💬 메시지 아이콘을 누르면 같은 시스템을 쓰는 기공사들의 익명 채팅방이 열립니다. PC별 익명으로 참여하고, 우측 ⚙️ 톱니바퀴에서 닉네임(친근한 랜덤 닉 — 변경은 1주에 한 번)과 지역(KR·JP·US)을 설정합니다. 내가 쓴 글은 오른쪽에 표시되고, 메시지는 매일 자정에 초기화됩니다. 개인정보·비속어는 자동으로 가려집니다.Click the 💬 message icon in the top ticker to open an anonymous chat for technicians on the same system. You join anonymously per PC; use the ⚙️ gear on the right to set your nickname (friendly random name — changeable once a week) and region (KR/JP/US). Your own messages appear on the right, and messages reset daily at midnight. Personal info and profanity are auto-masked.

트레이 우클릭 → 거래처 관리 또는 웹 대시보드에서 + 거래처 추가. 거래처명·담당의사·컨택양·바이트양·훅/홀·추가사항을 입력해 저장합니다.Tray → Clients or the web dashboard, then + Add client. Enter clinic name, doctor, contact, bite, hook/hole, and notes, then save.
엑셀 업로드 (여러 건 한 번에)Excel upload (many at once)
대시보드에서 엑셀 다운로드로 현재 목록을 받아 템플릿으로 쓰고, 작성 후 엑셀 업로드로 한 번에 등록합니다. 거래처명이 같으면 기존 내용을 덮어씁니다.Use Download Excel to get the current list as a template, fill it in, then Upload Excel. Rows with the same clinic name overwrite existing entries.

Exo system PC의 DentalDB\config\defaultsettings-db.xml을 선택하면 PathTemplate·CAD 루트·DB 경로가 한 번에 채워집니다. DB가 CAD 루트와 다른 폴더에 있을 때만 DB 경로를 따로 지정하세요.Pick DentalDB\config\defaultsettings-db.xml from the Exo system PC to auto-fill PathTemplate, CAD root and DB path at once. Set the DB path separately only if the DB lives in a different folder.
인터페이스 (테마·글자 크기·팝업 효과)Interface (theme, font size, popup effects)
설정 창의 인터페이스 탭에서 다크/라이트 테마, 디자인 스타일(기본/플로팅), 글자 크기, 팝업 페이드인·알림음을 조절합니다. 테마·글자 크기는 저장 시 앱을 다시 실행하면 적용됩니다.In the Interface tab, set dark/light theme, design style (classic/floating), font size, and popup fade-in/sound. Theme and font size apply after you relaunch the app.
항상 위 · 시작 프로그램 · 언어Always on top · Startup · Language
항상 위로 팝업을 다른 창 위에 고정하고, 시작 프로그램 등록으로 Windows 시작 시 자동 실행합니다. 언어(한/영/일)는 설정에서 바꾼 뒤 앱을 다시 실행하면 적용됩니다.Keep the popup on top with Always on top, and auto-launch at Windows startup with Register startup. Language (KO/EN/JA) applies after you relaunch the app.

팝업이 안 떠요The popup doesn't appear
Alt+5(설정) → CAD 루트 경로가 맞는지, 거래처명이 경로 폴더명과 일치하는지 확인하세요. Alt+1로 수동 확인 가능합니다.Alt+5 (settings) → check the CAD root path and that the clinic name matches the path folder. Use Alt+1 to trigger it manually.

거래처명을 그대로 적는 것 — 별도 설정 없이 인식됩니다. 스캐너 연동으로 고객(Customer) 드롭다운을 쓴다면 그 값도 인식됩니다(Control Panel → 고객 리스트에서 미리 등록). 담당자·고객·주문번호 어디든 등록한 거래처명이 포함되면 자동 인식됩니다.Clinic name — the app reads the clinic name from the 3S system order info, not the folder name. The easiest way: type your registered clinic name in the order form's Contact Person field — recognized with no extra setup. If you use the Customer dropdown (scanner integration), that value is recognized too (register it first in Control Panel → Customers). 3S system 케이스 폴더 경로3S system case folder
3S system 케이스 저장 루트를 지정합니다(기본 C:\3shape). DentalDesigner로 케이스를 열면 그 케이스가 이 경로 기준으로 인식됩니다.Set the 3S system case root (default C:\3shape). When you open a case in DentalDesigner, it is resolved under this path.

DentalDesigner로 케이스를 열었는지, 주문의 담당자/고객에 등록한 거래처명이 들어있는지 확인하세요. Alt+T(설정)로 케이스 폴더 경로도 확인. Alt+Q로 수동 확인 가능.Make sure you opened the case in DentalDesigner, and that the order's Contact Person/Customer contains a registered clinic name. Check the case folder path via Alt+T (settings). Use Alt+Q to trigger it manually.

최신 버전에서는 내 PC의 DentalDesigner로 연 케이스만 뜹니다. 앱을 최신으로 업데이트하세요(트레이 → 업데이트 확인).In the latest version, only cases opened in DentalDesigner on your own PC pop up. Update the app (tray → Check for updates).
